data-end=\"139\">Candesartan cilexetil 32 mg (Angiotensin II receptor blocker \u2013 ARB)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"140\" data-end=\"189\">\n<p data-start=\"142\" data-end=\"189\">Hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg (Thiazide diuretic)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"191\" data-end=\"263\"><strong data-start=\"191\" data-end=\"213\">Therapeutic Class:<\/strong><br data-start=\"213\" data-end=\"216\" \/>Antihypertensive combination (ARB + diuretic)<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"265\" data-end=\"283\"><strong data-start=\"265\" data-start=\"299\" data-end=\"325\">essential hypertension<\/strong> in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by candesartan or hydrochlorothiazide alone.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"435\" data-end=\"544\">\n<p data-start=\"437\" data-end=\"544\">May be used as part of a combination regimen for patients requiring more than one antihypertensive agent.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"546\" data-end=\"559\"><strong data-start=\"546\" data-end=\"557\">Dosage:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"560\" data-end=\"784\">\n<li data-start=\"560\" data-end=\"646\">\n<p data-start=\"562\" data-end=\"646\">Usual adult dose: <strong data-start=\"580\" data-end=\"605\">one tablet once daily<\/strong>, preferably at the same time each data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"920\">\n<p data-start=\"815\" data-end=\"920\"><strong data-start=\"815\" data-end=\"831\">Candesartan:<\/strong> Blocks angiotensin II receptors, leading to vasodilation and decreased blood pressure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"921\" data-end=\"1049\">\n<p data-start=\"923\" data-end=\"1049\"><strong data-start=\"923\" data-end=\"947\">Hydrochlorothiazide:<\/strong> Promotes the excretion of sodium and water through the kidneys, reducing blood volume and pressure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1051\" derivatives<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1223\" data-end=\"1272\">\n<p data-start=\"1225\" data-end=\"1272\">Pregnancy (especially 2nd and 3rd trimesters)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li
