Bisocard Plus 5\/12.5 mg (30 Tablets)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Active Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Bisoprolol 5 mg (Beta\u2011blocker, cardioselective)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg (Thiazide diuretic)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Therapeutic Class:<\/strong>
    Combination antihypertensive \u2013 Beta-blocker + Thiazide diuretic<\/p>\n

    Indications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • \n

      Essential hypertension (high blood pressure)<\/strong> in adults, especially when monotherapy with either agent is insufficient.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      May be used in patients requiring both heart rate control<\/strong> and fluid balance management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Dosage:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • \n

        Usual adult dose:<\/strong> One tablet once daily, preferably in the morning.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Can be taken with or without food<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Dose adjustments may be required based on blood pressure, heart rate, and clinical response<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Mechanism of Action:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          Bisoprolol:<\/strong> Selectively blocks beta\u20111 receptors, reducing heart rate, cardiac output, and blood pressure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Hydrochlorothiazide:<\/strong> Increases excretion of sodium and water, reducing blood volume and contributing to blood pressure reduction.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Combination provides synergistic blood pressure control<\/strong> through complementary mechanisms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
