Action:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"744\" data-end=\"949\">\n<li data-start=\"744\" data-end=\"857\">\n<p data-start=\"746\" data-end=\"857\">Torasemide inhibits sodium and chloride reabsorption in the loop of Henle, leading to increased urine output.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"858\" data-end=\"949\">\n<p data-start=\"860\" data-end=\"949\">This reduces fluid overload and lowers blood pressure by decreasing circulating volume.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"969\"><strong data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"967\">Precautions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"970\"
