Active Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Empagliflozin 25 mg<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Linagliptin 5 mg<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Metformin Hydrochloride 1000 mg<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Pharmacological Class:<\/strong>
    Combination of SGLT2 inhibitor, DPP-4 inhibitor, and biguanide antidiabetic agent<\/p>\n

    Indication:<\/strong>
    Used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults to improve glycemic control as an adjunct to diet and exercise when treatment with metformin, empagliflozin, and linagliptin is appropriate.<\/p>\n

    Dosage:<\/strong>
    One tablet once daily or as directed by the physician.
    Dose adjustments may be required based on renal function, blood glucose levels, and tolerance.<\/p>\n

    Administration:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Take orally with meals to minimize gastrointestinal discomfort from metformin.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Use caution in patients with hepatic impairment or heart failure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Discontinue before surgery or contrast imaging procedures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Possible Side Effects:<\/strong>
