Active Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Dapagliflozin 10 mg<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Metformin Hydrochloride 1000 mg (Extended Release)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Pharmacological Class:<\/strong>
    Combination of SGLT2 inhibitor and biguanide antidiabetic agent<\/p>\n

    Indication:<\/strong>
    Used in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus to improve glycemic control when both dapagliflozin and metformin XR are indicated, as an adjunct to diet and exercise.<\/p>\n

    Dosage:<\/strong>
    One tablet once daily, or as prescribed by the physician.
    Dose adjustments may be needed based on renal function and blood glucose response.<\/p>\n

    Administration:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Take orally with meals to reduce gastrointestinal side effects from metformin.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
