    Sitagliptin 50 mg<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Metformin Hydrochloride 1000 mg<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Pharmacological Class:<\/strong>
    Combination of DPP-4 inhibitor (sitagliptin) and biguanide (metformin) antidiabetic agent<\/p>\n

    Indication:<\/strong>
    Used in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus to improve glycemic control when treatment with both sitagliptin and metformin is appropriate, as an adjunct to diet and exercise.<\/p>\n

    Dosage:<\/strong>
    One tablet once or twice daily, as prescribed by the physician.
    Dose adjustments may be needed based on renal function and blood glucose response.<\/p>\n

    Administration:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Take orally with meals to reduce gastrointestinal side effects from metformin.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
