    Mechanism of Action:<\/strong>
    Clindamycin inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 50S ribosomal subunit of Cutibacterium acnes<\/em> (formerly Propionibacterium acnes<\/em>), leading to a reduction in bacterial population and inflammatory lesions.<\/p>\n

    Dosage and Administration:<\/strong><\/p>\n
