      Otitis media<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Helicobacter pylori\u2013associated peptic ulcer (in combination therapy)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Mechanism of Action:<\/strong>
      Clarithromycin inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 50S ribosomal subunit, preventing bacterial growth and replication.<\/p>\n

      Dosage and Administration:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Children (usual dose):<\/strong> 7.5 mg\/kg every 12 hours for 7\u201310 days<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Shake well before use<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Administer with or without food (preferably after meals to reduce stomach upset)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
