Drug Class:<\/strong><br data-start=\"113\" data-end=\"116\" \/>Gabapentinoid; \u03b12\u03b4 calcium-channel ligand.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"161\" data-end=\"430\"><strong data-start=\"161\" data-end=\"175\">3. Dosage:<\/strong><br data-start=\"175\" data-end=\"178\" \/>Usually started at <strong data-start=\"197\" data-end=\"217\">5 mg twice daily<\/strong> and gradually increased according to response and tolerability. Maximum dose is generally <strong data-start=\"308\" data-end=\"341\">15 mg twice daily (30 mg\/day)<\/strong> in patients with normal renal function.
