Wirkstoff:<\/strong>
Tiapridhydrochlorid<\/p>\n

Indikationen:<\/strong>
Anwendung zur Behandlung von:
Extrapyramidalen St\u00f6rungen (unwillk\u00fcrliche Bewegungen)
Agitation und Aggression bei Patienten mit neurologischen Erkrankungen
Symptomen im Zusammenhang mit Morbus Huntington oder anderen Bewegungsst\u00f6rungen<\/p>\n

Dosierung:<\/strong>
Erwachsene:<\/strong> Gem\u00e4\u00df \u00e4rztlicher Verordnung; in der Regel auf 2\u20133 Tagesdosen verteilt.
Kinder:<\/strong> Nur unter \u00e4rztlicher Aufsicht anwenden; Dosis entsprechend K\u00f6rpergewicht und klinischem Zustand.
Vor Gebrauch gut sch\u00fctteln.<\/p>\n

Kontraindikationen:<\/strong>
\u00dcberempfindlichkeit gegen Tiaprid oder andere Benzamid-Derivate.
Schwere Leber- oder Niereninsuffizienz.
Prolaktinabh\u00e4ngige Tumoren (z. B. Hypophysentumor) in der Anamnese.<\/p>\n

Nebenwirkungen:<\/strong>
Schl\u00e4frigkeit oder M\u00fcdigkeit
Schwindel
Gastrointestinale Beschwerden
Extrapyramidale Symptome (selten bei empfohlener Dosierung)
Erh\u00f6hte Prolaktinspiegel<\/p>\n

Wechselwirkungen:<\/strong>
Vorsicht bei gleichzeitiger Anwendung anderer zentral d\u00e4mpfender oder antipsychotischer Arzneimittel.
Kann die sedierende Wirkung von Alkohol verst\u00e4rken.<\/p>\n

Lagerung:<\/strong>
Bei Raumtemperatur lagern, vor Hitze und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung sch\u00fctzen.
