Wirkstoff:<\/strong>
Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 10000 IE\/ml<\/p>\n

Indikationen:<\/strong>
Anwendung zur Pr\u00e4vention und Behandlung eines Vitamin-D-Mangels.
Unterst\u00fctzt die Knochengesundheit, die Calciumresorption und die Aufrechterhaltung normaler Serumcalciumspiegel.
Empfohlen bei Rachitis, Osteomalazie, Osteoporose oder niedrigen Vitamin-D-Spiegeln.<\/p>\n

Dosierung:<\/strong>
Erwachsene:<\/strong> 1 Tropfen (entspricht 10000 IE) t\u00e4glich oder gem\u00e4\u00df \u00e4rztlicher Verordnung.
Kinder und S\u00e4uglinge:<\/strong> Dosisanpassung entsprechend Alter und \u00e4rztlicher Verordnung.
Vor Gebrauch gut sch\u00fctteln.<\/p>\n

Kontraindikationen:<\/strong>
\u00dcberempfindlichkeit gegen Vitamin D3 oder einen der sonstigen Bestandteile der Formulierung.
Hyperkalz\u00e4mie oder Hypervitaminose D.
Schwere Niereninsuffizienz ohne \u00e4rztliche \u00dcberwachung.<\/p>\n

Nebenwirkungen:<\/strong>
Im Allgemeinen gut vertr\u00e4glich
Selten: \u00dcbelkeit, Verstopfung, Appetitlosigkeit
Eine \u00dcberdosierung kann zu Hyperkalz\u00e4mie, Nierensch\u00e4digung oder damit verbundenen Komplikationen f\u00fchren<\/p>\n

Wechselwirkungen:<\/strong>
Kann mit Digoxin, Thiazid-Diuretika oder anderen Vitamin-D-Pr\u00e4paraten interagieren.
Bei gleichzeitiger Anwendung mit anderen Calcium- oder Vitamin-D-Produkten sollte der Serumcalciumspiegel \u00fcberwacht werden.<\/p>\n

Lagerung:<\/strong>
Bei Raumtemperatur lagern, vor Licht sch\u00fctzen.
