Wirkstoffe:<\/strong>
Budesonid 80 \u00b5g
Formoterolfumarat-Dihydrat 4,5 \u00b5g<\/p>\n

Indikationen:<\/strong>
Anwendung zur Behandlung und Kontrolle von:
Asthma bronchiale (Erhaltungstherapie und Pr\u00e4vention von Symptomen)
Chronisch obstruktiver Lungenerkrankung (COPD) mit reversibler Bronchokonstriktion<\/p>\n

Dosierung:<\/strong>
Erwachsene und Kinder \u00fcber 12 Jahre:<\/strong>
1 Inhalation zweimal t\u00e4glich, morgens und abends, oder gem\u00e4\u00df \u00e4rztlicher Verordnung.<\/p>\n

Die verordnete Dosis nicht \u00fcberschreiten.
Nach der Inhalation den Mund aussp\u00fclen, um das Risiko einer oralen Candidose zu reduzieren.<\/p>\n

Kontraindikationen:<\/strong>
\u00dcberempfindlichkeit gegen Budesonid, Formoterol oder einen der sonstigen Bestandteile der Formulierung.
Akute Asthmaanf\u00e4lle, die eine sofortige Notfalltherapie erfordern.<\/p>\n

Nebenwirkungen:<\/strong>
Orale Candidose (Soor)
Heiserkeit oder Rachenreizung
Tremor, Palpitationen
Selten: allergische Reaktion, erh\u00f6hte Herzfrequenz oder systemische Kortikosteroidwirkungen<\/p>\n

Wechselwirkungen:<\/strong>
Vorsicht bei gleichzeitiger Anwendung anderer Sympathomimetika, Beta-Blocker oder systemischer Kortikosteroide.
Patienten unter Arzneimitteln, die Leberenzyme beeinflussen (CYP3A4-Inhibitoren), sollten \u00fcberwacht werden.<\/p>\n

Lagerung:<\/strong>
Bei Raumtemperatur lagern, vor Hitze und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung sch\u00fctzen.
Den Inhalator bei Nichtgebrauch fest verschlossen halten und f\u00fcr Kinder unzug\u00e4nglich aufbewahren.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
