Medication Name: Sugarlo Plus 50/1000mg 30 Tablets

Active Ingredients:
Vildagliptin 50 mg
Metformin Hydrochloride 1000 mg

Pharmacological Class:
Antidiabetic combination (DPP-4 inhibitor + Biguanide)

Indication:
Used for the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults to improve blood sugar control when diet, exercise, and monotherapy with either component are inadequate.

Dosage:
Usually one tablet taken twice daily, or as prescribed by the physician depending on blood glucose response.

Administration:
Take orally with meals to minimize gastrointestinal discomfort.

Precautions:

• Not recommended for patients with severe renal impairment or liver disease.
