Active Ingredients
Sodium chloride 3% (hypertonic saline)

Indications
Used to relieve nasal congestion, clear mucus, and moisturize dry nasal passages.
Effective in conditions such as sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, and upper respiratory tract infections.

Dosage
Adults: 1–2 sprays in each nostril, 2–3 times daily, or as directed by a doctor.
Blow nose gently before use for best results.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any component.
Avoid in severe nasal trauma or recent nasal surgery unless advised by a doctor.
