Opti-Free PureMoist Contact Lens Preservation Solution 90ml

Generic Name: Polyquad (Polyquaternium-1) and Aldox

Formulation: Multipurpose contact lens solution, 90 ml bottle

Indications:

• Cleaning, disinfecting, rinsing, and storing soft contact lenses.

• Helps remove protein deposits and debris from lenses.

• Provides moisture and comfort for extended lens wear.

Dosage & Administration:

• Rinse lenses with solution before insertion.

• Fill lens case with fresh solution for storage.

• Soak lenses for at least 6 hours for proper disinfection.

• Do not reuse old solution; always use fresh solution.

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation.

• Not for use in the eyes as a direct drop; for lens care only.

Precautions:

• Wash and dry hands before handling lenses.

• Do not use if the solution changes color or becomes cloudy.

• Avoid contact with eyes directly; irritation may occur.

• Do not swallow.

Side Effects:

• Rare: mild eye irritation if solution contacts the eyes directly.

• Allergic reaction (very rare).

Storage:
