Active Ingredients
Nepafenac 0.3% w/v

Indications
Used for:

• Relief of ocular pain and inflammation following cataract surgery

• Management of postoperative eye inflammation

• Reduction of pain, swelling, and redness in the eye

Dosage
Adults:

• Instill 1 drop into the affected eye(s) once daily, starting 1 day before surgery and continuing for up to 2 weeks after surgery, or as directed by a doctor.

• Avoid touching the dropper tip to the eye or any surface.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to nepafenac, other NSAIDs, or any component of the formulation
Active eye infections (bacterial, viral, or fungal) unless treated appropriately

Side Effects
Mild burning or stinging
Eye redness or irritation
Blurred vision
Rare: allergic reaction or delayed healing

Drug Interactions
Use caution with other ophthalmic NSAIDs.
Allow 10–15 minutes if using other eye drops.

Storage
Store at room temperature, protected from light.
Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children.
