Influprop Nasal Spray 65ml

Generic Name: Xylometazoline Hydrochloride 0.1% nasal spray

Formulation: Nasal spray, 65 ml bottle

Indications:

• Relief of nasal congestion due to colds, sinusitis, or allergic rhinitis.

• Reduces swelling in the nasal passages to ease breathing.

Dosage & Administration:

• Adults and children over 12 years: 1–2 sprays in each nostril every 8–10 hours as needed.

• Do not exceed 3 doses per 24 hours.

• Blow your nose before use.

• Shake well before use if instructed.

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to xylometazoline or any component of the formulation.

• Patients with severe hypertension, heart disease, hyperthyroidism, or diabetes (use with caution).

Precautions:

• Do not use for more than 5–7 consecutive days to avoid rebound congestion.

• Use with caution in children, elderly, and patients with cardiovascular disease.

• Avoid contact with eyes.

Side Effects:

• Mild nasal irritation or burning

• Sneezing

• Rare: headache, dizziness, increased blood pressure

Storage:

• Store at room temperature below 25°C.

• Keep the bottle tightly closed.

• Keep out of reach of children.

Pregnancy & Lactation:

• Use only if clearly needed and under medical supervision.

Drug Interactions:

• Avoid concomitant use with other nasal decongestants.

• Use caution if taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or other sympathomimetic drugs.

Notes:

• Do not share the spray with others to prevent infection.

• Consult a doctor if symptoms persist for more than a week.
