Medication Name: Glimepiride Plus 4/30mg 30 Tablets

Active Ingredients:

• Glimepiride 4 mg

• Metformin Hydrochloride 30 mg

Pharmacological Class:
Combination of sulfonylurea (glimepiride) and biguanide (metformin) antidiabetic agents

Indication:
Used in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus to improve glycemic control when treatment with both glimepiride and metformin is appropriate, as an adjunct to diet and exercise.

Dosage:
One tablet once or twice daily, as prescribed by the physician.
Dose adjustments may be needed based on blood glucose levels, renal function, and therapeutic response.

Administration:

• Take orally with meals to reduce gastrointestinal side effects.

• Swallow tablets whole; do not crush or chew.
