Egydronate 2 Tablets

Dosage Form: Tablet

Active Ingredient (per tablet): Alendronate Sodium 70 mg

Indications / Uses:

• Treatment and prevention of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women

• Helps increase bone density and reduce risk of fractures

• Supports bone health in men with osteoporosis

Administration / Dose:

• Take 1 tablet once weekly, on an empty stomach with a full glass of water

• Remain upright for at least 30 minutes after taking the tablet

• Do not lie down immediately after administration

Contraindications:

• Allergy to alendronate or any tablet components

• Esophageal abnormalities or inability to stand/sit upright for at least 30 minutes

• Hypocalcemia

Precautions:

• Ensure adequate intake of calcium and vitamin D

• Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use

• Not a substitute for a balanced diet

Side Effects:

• Common: gastrointestinal discomfort, heartburn, nausea

• Rare: esophageal irritation, musculoskeletal pain, allergic reactions

Storage:

• Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight

• Keep out of reach of children
