Active Ingredients
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 1%

Indications
Used for supportive treatment in:

• Dry eye syndrome

• Eye surface irritation

• Corneal healing

• Neuropathic discomfort of the ocular surface

Dosage
Adults: Instill 1–2 drops into the affected eye(s) 2–3 times daily, or as directed by a doctor.
Wait at least 5 minutes between this and any other eye medication.
Remove contact lenses before use.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to cyanocobalamin or any component of the formulation.

Side Effects
Mild transient burning or stinging
Temporary blurred vision
Eye redness or irritation
Rare: allergic reaction

Drug Interactions
No significant interactions reported with ophthalmic medications.

Storage
Store at room temperature, away from heat and light.
Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children.
