Brimonocond Plus Eye Drops 5ml

Active Ingredients
Brimonidine tartrate
Timolol maleate

Indications
Used to reduce elevated intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
Combines an alpha-agonist (brimonidine) and a beta-blocker (timolol) for enhanced pressure control.

Dosage
Adults: 1 drop in the affected eye(s), twice daily.
Apply at the same times each day.
Remove contact lenses before use and wait 15 minutes before reinserting.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to brimonidine, timolol, or beta-blockers.
Asthma or severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Sinus bradycardia, heart block, or cardiac failure.
Use cautiously in patients taking antidepressants (MAO inhibitors).

Side Effects
Mild eye redness or irritation
Dry mouth
Blurred vision
Fatigue or dizziness
Rare: slow heartbeat or shortness of breath

Drug Interactions
Use cautiously with oral beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers, digoxin, or antihypertensive medications.
Avoid using with MAO inhibitors.

Storage
Store at room temperature, protected from light.
Keep the bottle tightly closed and avoid touching the dropper tip.
