Active Ingredient:
Lidocaine 10% w/v

Indications:
Used for the temporary delay of ejaculation in men with premature ejaculation by reducing penile sensitivity.

Mechanism of Action:
Lidocaine is a local anesthetic that works by blocking sodium channels in nerve membranes, preventing nerve signal transmission and temporarily numbing the skin to reduce sensitivity.

Dosage and Administration:

• Apply 2 to 3 sprays to the glans penis about 10–15 minutes before intercourse.

• Allow to dry completely before sexual activity.

• Wipe off any excess before contact to minimize numbness transfer to the partner.

• Maximum: 3–4 sprays per use, once daily.

Contraindications:

• Known hypersensitivity to lidocaine or other local anesthetics of the amide type.

• Do not use on broken or inflamed skin.

Precautions:

• For external use only.

• Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, or urethra.

• Excessive use may lead to systemic absorption and lidocaine toxicity (symptoms: dizziness, blurred vision, confusion).

• Not recommended for individuals with severe hepatic impairment or cardiac conduction abnormalities without medical supervision.

Common Adverse Effects:

• Local numbness or burning sensation

• Mild skin irritation

• Reduced sensitivity during intercourse

Onset of Action:
Begins to work within 5–10 minutes after application.

Duration of Effect:
Lasts approximately 30–60 minutes, depending on the amount applied.
