Active Ingredients
Brimonidine tartrate 0.2%

Indications
Used to reduce elevated intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
Acts as an alpha-2 adrenergic agonist to decrease aqueous humor production and increase uveoscleral outflow.

Dosage
Adults: 1 drop in the affected eye(s), three times daily.
Allow at least 5–10 minutes between using other eye medications.
Remove contact lenses before use and wait 15 minutes before reinserting.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to brimonidine.
Patients taking MAO inhibitors.
Use cautiously in severe cardiovascular disease or depression.

Blurred vision
Headache or fatigue
Rare allergic conjunctivitis

Drug Interactions
Avoid use with MAO inhibitors.
Use cautiously with CNS depressants, antihypertensives, or beta-blockers due to possible additive effects.

Storage
Store at room temperature, protected from light.
Keep bottle tightly closed and avoid contamination of the dropper tip.
