Tri-Betapronate Cream 30 gm

Active Ingredients

• Betamethasone valerate (topical corticosteroid)

• Clotrimazole (antifungal)

• Gentamicin (topical antibiotic)

Indications

• Inflammatory skin conditions complicated by bacterial and fungal infections

• Eczema or dermatitis with secondary infection

• Fungal skin infections with inflammation and bacterial involvement

How to Use

• Clean and dry the affected area before application

• Apply a thin layer 1–2 times daily, or as directed by a physician

• Avoid covering the area with occlusive dressings unless advised

Common Side Effects

• Mild burning, itching, or irritation at the application site

• Skin thinning or stretch marks with prolonged use

• Rare: allergic reaction

Contraindications

• Allergy to any component of the cream

• Viral skin infections (e.g., herpes simplex)

• Open wounds or severe skin infections without medical supervision

Important Notes

• Use for the shortest duration necessary to avoid corticosteroid-related side effects

• Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes

• Pregnant or breastfeeding women should use only under medical guidance
