Indications:
Used to control blood glucose levels in patients with diabetes mellitus (type 1 or type 2). Often used in combination with intermediate or long-acting insulin.
Dosage Form:
Pre-filled 3 ml cartridges (for use with compatible insulin pens), each containing 100 IU/ml of insulin.
Administration:

Administer subcutaneously, usually 15–30 minutes before a meal.

Injection sites: abdomen, thigh, buttock, or upper arm.

Rotate injection sites within the same region to prevent lipodystrophy.
