Active Ingredient:
Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 500 mg

Drug Class:
Analgesic and antipyretic

Indications:
• Fever
• Mild to moderate pain (headache, toothache, musculoskeletal pain, menstrual pain)
• Pain associated with cold or flu

Dosage:
The usual adult dose is 500–1000 mg every 4–6 hours as needed.
Do not exceed 4 g (4000 mg) in 24 hours.
Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration necessary.

Contraindications:
• Hypersensitivity to paracetamol or any component of the product
• Severe hepatic impairment
• Chronic alcohol use (caution advised)

Precautions:
• Avoid concurrent use with other paracetamol-containing products
• Use cautiously in patients with liver disease
• Seek medical advice if pain or fever persists

Common Side Effects:
• Rare; may include allergic reactions such as rash or itching
• Overdose may cause liver toxicity

Storage:
Store below 30°C in a dry place.
Keep out of reach of children.
