Dosage Form: Soft‑gel capsule
Active Ingredients (per capsule):

• Myo‑inositol: 600 mg

• Folic acid (folate): 200 µg

Indications / Uses:

• Supports normal early fetal development.

• Helps reduce the risk of neural tube defects during early pregnancy.

• Supports fertility and ovulation in women with PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome).

• Helps improve insulin sensitivity in PCOS.

Administration / Dose:

• Adults: Take 2 capsules per day, either both at once or 1 capsule twice daily (preferably 12 hours apart) and separate from meals.

Contraindications:

• Allergy to myo-inositol or folic acid.

• Should not replace a varied diet; it’s a supplement not a cure.

Precautions:

• Do not exceed the recommended dose.

• Vitamin B12 deficiency should be checked, as folate supplementation can mask B12 deficiency.

• If trying to conceive or pregnant, use under medical advice.

Side Effects:

• Generally well tolerated.

• Possible mild gastrointestinal discomfort (nausea, gas) in some people.
