Active Ingredients
Fluticasone propionate 50 µg per spray

Indications
Used for:

• Relief and prevention of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis symptoms

• Reduction of nasal congestion, sneezing, itching, and runny nose

Dosage
Adults and children over 12 years:

• 1–2 sprays in each nostril once daily, or as directed by a doctor.

• For maintenance, the lowest effective dose should be used.

Children 4–11 years:

• 1 spray in each nostril once daily.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to fluticasone or any component of the formulation
Untreated nasal infections or recent nasal surgery without medical advice

Side Effects
Mild nasal irritation or burning
Dryness of the nasal passages
Headache or unpleasant taste
Rare: nosebleeds, allergic reaction

Drug Interactions
Caution with other corticosteroids; monitor for additive systemic effects.
