Active Ingredients
Moxifloxacin hydrochloride 0.5% w/v

Indications
Used for:

• Treatment of bacterial eye infections such as conjunctivitis

• Relief of redness, swelling, and discharge caused by susceptible bacteria

Dosage
Adults and children (over 1 year):

• Instill 1–2 drops into the affected eye(s) every 2–4 hours for the first 2 days, then 1–2 drops every 4–8 hours, or as directed by a doctor.

• Continue treatment for the full prescribed duration even if symptoms improve.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to moxifloxacin, other fluoroquinolones, or any component of the formulation

Side Effects
Mild burning or stinging upon application
Redness or irritation of the eye
Blurred vision
Rare: allergic reaction

Drug Interactions
No significant systemic interactions expected with topical ocular use.

Storage
Store at room temperature, protected from light.
Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children.
