Active Ingredients
Levocetirizine dihydrochloride 1 mg/ml

Indications
Used for:

• Relief of symptoms of allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, runny or itchy nose, and watery eyes

• Management of chronic idiopathic urticaria (hives)

• Reduction of itching and swelling caused by allergic reactions

Dosage
Children 6–12 years:

• 5 ml (5 mg) once daily, or as directed by a doctor

Children 2–5 years:

• 2.5 ml (2.5 mg) once daily

Infants under 2 years:

• Use only under medical supervision; dose individualized

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to levocetirizine, cetirizine, or any component of the formulation
Severe renal impairment (dose adjustment required)

Side Effects
Mild drowsiness or fatigue
Dry mouth
Headache
Rare: allergic reaction, agitation

Drug Interactions
Caution when used with other central nervous system depressants
No major interactions reported with most common medications

Storage
Store at room temperature, protected from light.
Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children.
