Active Ingredients
Neomycin sulfate 0.5% w/v
Hydrocortisone 1% w/v

Indications
Used for:

• Bacterial infections of the external ear canal

• Relief of inflammation, redness, and itching associated with otitis externa

• Reducing swelling and irritation in the ear

Dosage
Adults and children (over 2 years):

• 3–4 drops in the affected ear 3–4 times daily, or as directed by a doctor.

• Keep the ear dry during treatment.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to neomycin, hydrocortisone, or any component of the formulation
Perforated eardrum unless prescribed by a doctor
Viral, fungal, or mycobacterial ear infections

Side Effects
Mild stinging or burning
Temporary ear irritation
Rare: allergic reaction, itching, or rash

Drug Interactions
No significant interactions reported with topical use.
