Active Ingredients
Travoprost 0.004%
Timolol maleate 0.5%

Indications
Used for the reduction of elevated intraocular pressure in patients with:

• Open-angle glaucoma

• Ocular hypertension

Dosage
Adults: Instill 1 drop in the affected eye(s) once daily in the evening, or as directed by a doctor.
Do not use more than once daily; additional doses may reduce effectiveness.
Remove contact lenses before use and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to travoprost, timolol, or any component of the formulation.
Asthma, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bradycardia, or heart block unless prescribed and monitored.
Caution in patients with cardiac or respiratory conditions.

Side Effects
Temporary burning or stinging
Eye redness
Gradual darkening of the iris
Eyelash growth or thickening
Rare: systemic effects such as bradycardia or hypotension

Drug Interactions
Use cautiously with other beta-blockers or medications affecting heart rate or blood pressure.
Avoid concurrent use with other prostaglandin analogs unless prescribed.

Storage
Store at room temperature, protected from light.
Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children.
