Description:
Nexatic is an oral powdered formulation designed to suppress gastric acid production, providing relief and prevention for acid-related gastrointestinal disorders.

Active Ingredient (per sachet):

• Esomeprazole (strength per sachet may vary, typically 20–40 mg)

Indications:

• Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)

• Relief of heartburn and acid indigestion

• Prevention and treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers

• Management of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome (acid hypersecretion)

Dosage and Administration:

• Dissolve 1 sachet in water and take once daily, preferably before a meal

• Drink immediately after preparation

• Follow physician instructions for children, elderly, or specific conditions

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to esomeprazole or other proton pump inhibitors

Precautions:

• Use with caution in patients with severe liver disease

• Long-term therapy may require monitoring of magnesium and vitamin B12
