Active Ingredient:

• Sildenafil citrate 50 mg

Indications:

• Treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men, characterized by the inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual performance.

Mechanism of Action:

• Sildenafil inhibits the enzyme PDE5, leading to increased levels of cyclic GMP in the corpus cavernosum.

• This enhances the natural erectile response to sexual stimulation by promoting smooth muscle relaxation and increased blood flow to the penis.

Dosage and Administration:

• Usual dose: 50 mg taken approximately 30–60 minutes before sexual activity.

• The dose may be adjusted between 25 mg and 100 mg based on individual response and tolerability.

• Maximum recommended frequency: once daily.

• The orodispersible film dissolves directly on the tongue without the need for water.

Contraindications:

• Concomitant use with nitrates (risk of severe hypotension)
